Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing material storage and coating company in Cofield, NC who is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in their Paint Shop. This is a direct hire opportunity working 1st shift with overtime as needed. This is a role that may quickly grow into a Managerial position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervisor will oversee day-to-day paint shop and coating line operations
- Supervisor will lead, coach, and develop production team members
- Supervisor will ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Supervisor will monitor workflow, throughput, and process efficiency
- Supervisor will coordinate with planning, quality, and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements
- Supervisor will drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
- Supervisor will maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Requirements:
- Candidates must have supervisory or team leadership experience in a paint line, coating, finishing, or powder coating environment
- Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of industrial painting or coating processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve production performance
- Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Desire and capability to grow into a Manager-level role
- Willingness to work in a heavy industrial, non climate controlled environment
