Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Durham area who is hiring for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor. Candidates must have flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shift as needed. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and support production activities
- Responsible for monitoring performance, maximizing productivity and equipment utilization
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance current processes
- Adhere to company policies as well as cGMP’s and SOP’s
Requirements:
- Must have previous manufacturing leadership background
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required
- Must have flexibility to work on 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs
