Accentuate Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturer in Garner, NC who is in need of a Production Planning Coordinator. This position is long term temp for now.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production workflow with production team and Customer service team
- Plan and prioritize customer orders to pack and ship on time
- Monitor jobs and coordinate with production leads to ensure they will finish on time
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Obtain output information (number of boxes packed, waste in the process, etc.)
- Prepare and submit fill rates of the open orders
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good at math and statistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred
- Bilingual is preferred (since the work force is bilingual)
- Clean background and must pass a drug test
