Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing in the Garner area who is looking for a Product Sample Catalog Assistant to join their team. As part of their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they maintain a comprehensive product sample catalog to showcase their offerings. This is a part time position, working 16-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and catalog product samples according to established procedures.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of each product sample, including product details, specifications, and relevant information.
- Discard packaging waste and obsolete materials
- Assist in the preparation and shipment of product samples for marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer presentations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience cataloging materials or merchandising is preferred
- Candidates must be detail oriented and be able to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Candidates must be able to work part time hours between 8am-5pm (16-20 hours per week)
