Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist for an audio visual equipment supplier in Raleigh. The ideal candidate for this direct hire will have a background with technology, strong Excel skills and will lead procurement activities for external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
- Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate best rates to maximize gross margins
- Manage vendor relationships
- Obtain terms with new vendors and negotiate better terms with current
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of purchasing experience
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems
