Accentuate Staffing is hiring a Process Engineer to join a nationally recognized company in NC. The ideal candidate has experience with paper, packaging, or chemicals. This is a great opportunity to work in a role that is hands on and involved with all levels of employees. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Create a work environment that promotes safety, quality, and efficiency
- Target manufacturing and maintenance support, including product trials, safety, equipment optimization, and troubleshooting
- Lead customer complaint investigation and root cause/corrective action
- Develop new products and processes
Requirements:
- BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paper Sciences, or related major
- 0-8 years of experience as a Process Engineer
- Knowledge of statistical techniques including: SPC, design of experiments, and quality improvement systems
