Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a large print shop in the Raleigh area who is looking for a Print Shop Manager with experience managing offset and digital printing projects. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Friday offering competitive benefits and perks.
Responsibilities:
- Print Shop Manager will manage and schedule daily production operations, meeting due dates and quality standards
- Print shop manager will oversee offset printing, digital printing, mailing printing, and sign production
- Manager will monitor invoices/job tickets for complete written instructions
- Manager will streamline capabilities of press area, shop personnel, and materials
- Manager will prioritize design, digital production, offset production, and wide format production daily
- Manager will organize delivery, shipments, and pick ups
Requirements:
- Candidates must have print shop management experience using offset printing technologies
- Candidates must have a college degree or 2 year trade school degree
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Mac OS 9/X, Adobe Acrobat, PhotoShop, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of operating digital printing equipment and large format printing equipment
- Candidates with experience with postal regulations and mailing services a plus
- Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50+lbs
