Pool Repair Supervisor
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading pool maintenance company in the Greensboro area recruit for Pool Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with emergency on-call responsibilities during peak season (May–September) for urgent repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily work for a team of 4 repair technicians
- Diagnose pool equipment issues and determine repair solutions
- Handle repairs including pumps, motors, filters, plumbing, and pool systems
- Dispatch technicians and step in on emergency repairs when needed
- Communicate with customers and prepare repair recommendations/quotes
- Complete paperwork and update basic reports/spreadsheets
- Assist with equipment room organization and light build-outs (shelving, setup)
Requirements:
- Experience with pool equipment repair or similar mechanical systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude (pumps, motors, plumbing, tools)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer for basic documentation
- Ability to be on-call for emergencies during peak season (May–September)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
