Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Plant Operations Administrator for a flooring company in Garner. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment and will provide work guidance and support to management and other team members. This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week and onsite.


  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • Greets current employees and answers questions or direct them to the appropriate party
  • Create site communication to inform the workforce of updates and upcoming events
  • Complete and issue all necessary records and reports including filing invoices and maintaining customer records.
  • Track employee safety training
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks


  • Associates degree preferred, high school diploma required
  • 1-3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Human Resources knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, good with computers, tech savvy
