Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in Morrisville who is looking for Facility Managers to join their team. Day and Night Shift Facility Manager positions available. This is a contract to hire opportunity working 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Manager will oversee facilities, maintenance, security, health and safety, and contractors
- Manager will conduct orientation and onboarding of new employees onsite
- Manager will manage company assets and policies
- Manager will oversee all contractors onsite
- Manager will communicate maintenance needs of building and equipment
- Manager will serve as the emergency contact for the facility
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years leadership background
- Candidates must have experience overseeing a manufacturing plant facility
- Candidates must have previous facility and health and safety background
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, Reporting, etc.
