Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer or industrial equipment parts who is recruiting for a Planning Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Planning Manager will lead and direct planning team involved in scheduling, creating, and executing material supply plan and order shipment forecast
- Manager will lead up to 15 Material Planners
- Manager will develop and execute inventory and material flow strategy
- Manager will ensure planning processes and ERP data are accurate
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3 plus years experience leading a materials or operations team in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelors degree in engineering, operations, or business related field required
- Candidates must have a solid knowledge of Material Requirements Planning and Master Production Scheduling
- Candidates must have experience developing Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
- Experience working with SAP or Epicor a plus
- APICS Certification or Planning and Inventory Management Certification a plus
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles a plus
