Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the Monroe, NC area who is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will support maintenance activities showing strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation controls while following SOPs and cGMPS
- Supervisor will ensure the maintenance team has the proper tools, equipment, and materials to perform their daily functions
- Supervisor will ensure the maintenance team is property trained, work schedules are properly managed and work load is prioritized
- Supervisor will ensure work orders are completed on time and correctly in accordance to SOPs
- Supervisor will coordinate FMEA, RCAs, Lean Six Sigma programs
- Supervisor will be the interface between the Engineering department and Maintenance department
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent maintenance or engineering background
- Candidates must have maintenance leadership experience in a cGMP regulated facility
- Candidates must be proficient in maintaining mechanical, electronic, and automation systems
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and CMM programs
