Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturer who is looking for Packaging and Filling Line Leads to join their team. These are direct hire opportunities. Day and Night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Production Line Lead will provide daily production leadership, guidance and support for Packaging or Filling production lines
- Line Lead will schedule daily rotation assignments
- Lead will assist with training and mentoring employees
- Lead will assist the Production Supervisor with employee reviews
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years pharmaceutical packaging or filling experience as an Operator, Set up, or Mechanic
- Candidates must have 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of SOPs, cGMPs, and documentation
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred
