Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a manufacturing client in east Raleigh who is seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant to their CEO. The Personal/Executive Assistant should have the ability to exercise sound judgment required to manage the CEO’s time while exercising discretion when dealing with confidential business and personal matters. The position requires flexibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff, outside clients, and vendors. This position will be responsible for travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, calendar management, and personal errands.  The assistant should have the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a dynamic company!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain President/CEO’s calendar, exercising judgment and tact in coordinating meetings and making appointments for internal/external personnel.
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • Make complete travel arrangements and coordinate meetings and conferences with customers’ high-level executives. Arrange for facilities, transportation, lodging and special activities.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.  Prioritize and annotate mail, highlighting and attaching relevant information. As authorized, prepare responses or obtain information for responses from other staff.
  • General office duties including drafting letters and memorandums, recording meeting minutes, supporting facility activities, and back up reception duties.
  • Establish and maintain confidential executive filing systems, including follow-up files, which permit timely and accurate reference to business matters.
  • Prepare expense reports for review and signature.  Maintain a computer tracking system for budget purposes, produce-related reports, and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Philanthropic assistance with community events and donation requests; serve as back up to corporate event planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bilingual English/Korean experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years of current experience required
  • Advanced, current computer skills & MS Office business applications
  • Excellent written, verbal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
