Accentuate Staffing is assisting a company in Cary, NC who is seeking a detail oriented and highly motivated Payroll Coordinator.  This is a Direct Hire position with a fast growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity HRIS system
  • Resolve timecard and pay check concerns/questions
  • Maintain tracking and reporting for unemployment claims, wage garnishments, benefit deductions, vacation and sick leave accruals
  • Perform after payroll activities and payroll audits
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Generate various payroll/accounting reports
  • Work with third party vendors on any system updates or discrepancies
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database
  • Assist with general liability insurance renewal
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director
  • Cover reception area during the absence of the Receptionist

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel
  • Knowledge of multi state payroll laws
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
