Accentuate Staffing is looking for a full time Bookkeeper/Payroll Associate to join a small, well established CPA firm in North Raleigh. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Payroll for multiple clients
- A/P – paying bills and preparing purchase orders
- Bank Reconciliations
- General ledger account analysis and account reconciliation, journal entries
- Credit Card transaction reconciliation
Requirements:
- 5+ years Payroll and Bookkeeping experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented, eager to learn and well organized
