Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Payment & Contract Specialist for one of our manufacturing clients in Raleigh, NC. The Payment & Contracts Specialist will be responsible for processing  the daily functions of the payment department and ensuring pricing fits within the contract agreements. This role will be responsible for contract review and updating as well as handling customer invoices and payments.  This is a temp to hire hybrid role with room for advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Applying lockbox and ACH payments & invoice matching
  • Compile information, data entry, and report pulling as needed in regards to customer payments
  • Maintaining contracts and pricing for multiple customers at one time
  • Load and review customer data in regards to contracts and identify errors or updates that need to be taken care of
  • Communicate with customers and sales team as needed
  • Work with various departments across the organization
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or bachelors in finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in accounting, finance, contract, cash applications
  • Knowledge of manufacturing contracts/contract review and adjustments
  • Experience with invoicing, cash handling, & ACH payments
  • Ability to review data for accuracy and updates
  • Proficient in MS Office & 10key skills
