Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a CSR specializing in patient and pharmacy services for a growing client in the Cary, NC area. Ideally, this person will have their PTCB certification or eager to get this certification. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients and providers
- Assist with questions regarding account updates, delivery information, medication logs, and monthly checks
- Handle outbound phone calls to patients regarding updated account information
- Document all patient phone calls into database system
- Refer patients to a Pharmacist when needed
- Research patient and provider issues with goal of a one call resolution
- Process medication orders and patient requests quickly and efficiently
- Work in a team environment to manage all call log information
Requirements:
- CPhT required
- Bilingual – Spanish/English highly preferred
- Strong typing skills and ability to multi-task
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work 9:30am-6pm
