Accentuate Staffing is working with a client in the Oxford, NC area for a Parts Room Clerk to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity working 1st shift Monday through Friday. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Keep inventory for parts and equipment in the facility
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Receive and verify parts from vendors
- Prepare and issue necessary parts to mechanics, technicians, etc.
- Regularly communicate with management regarding product inventory
- Clean and organize stock room as necessary
- Keep the computerized system up to date with inventory, pictures, work orders, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years direct experience in an exact or very similar role
- Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office required; experience with inventory management systems preferred
- Must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Candidates must be able to routinely lift up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
