Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Parts Coordinator for a manufacturer in Garner, NC. This position is responsible for managing customer order and quote activity through their fulfillment cycles. This includes generating quotes, obtaining quotes from vendors, receiving orders from internal as well as external customers, monitoring status of quotes and orders, expediting orders as required, proactively communicating with the customer if there are changes or delays, and responding to customer inquiries. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive base salary with additional commission incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes utilizing ERP Software and follow up through quote cycle
  • Review purchase orders in detail to ensure accuracy, enter orders and manage all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Generate reports for upper management to review status of orders against budget
  • Understand our customers’ business requirements to proactively manage their needs
  • Assist with logistics portion of part shipments as well as assist in a warehouse setting
  • Oversee cycle counts of parts
  • Generate purchase orders for parts from our suppliers and update ERP software as needed
  • Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise in problem solving, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to existing processes and issues.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities
  • Build relationships and build customer confidence through positive customer contact
  • Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service
  • Provide feedback to management about additional requirements/needs.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 2-4 years of experience in industrial machinery part sales/service; technical sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and requires independent analysis, decision-making skills, using prior experience and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.
  • Experience with an ERP system is preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft based applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong work ethic with minimal oversight, accountable for results
  • Structured and methodical approach to work, must be able to manage multiple moving dates/targets. Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Respond quickly to change and work effectively under deadlines
  • Experience in the Food Industry beneficial but not required
