Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a part-time Office Manager with a global biotech company in Morrisvill.  The hours are 8am-Noon Monday through Friday and will cover a leave of absence for 9 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with property management company as main contact for building related issues and concerns
  • Manage office and lab access through property management
  • Manage onsite bookings for office staff and visitors per Covid-19 policies
  • Maintain expense reports for Office Manager account and Senior Leadership Team as needed
  • Calendar management as needed
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Coordinate and deliver invoices to accounts payable as needed
  • Manage shipping and receiving for administrative supplies and purchases, including company Fedex account
  • Assist with new employee onboarding as needed, including but not limited to: scheduling, database listing updates, office tours, supply orders and shipping of IT equipment
  • Assist with travel booking and scheduling for Senior Leadership and staff as needed
  • Coordinate meeting setup, catering and scheduling as needed
  • Manage general office purchases, including but not limited to: office supplies, catering, gifts and education materials
  • Organize office parties and celebrations
  • Facilitate office move including but not limited to:
    • Booking, scheduling and confirming vendors
    • Overseeing office packing timelines and relocation
    • Main point of contact for current and future building management
    • Address changes for current vendors and deliveries
    • Coordinate new office space setup
    • Manage new space seating assignments and reservations through reservation system

Requirements:

  • Min of 3-5 years of relevant and recent experience is required
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
