Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Office Coordinator to work directly on site with a Biotech company in RTP, NC. This will be a part time role averaging twenty hours over a four-day workweek. The office coordinator will greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the face of the company by greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them and managing the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
  • Answering a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested
  • Accepting deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Managing and maintaining the routing ordering of general supplies to include office, janitorial, and break room supplies.
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant and others in the coordination of internal events to include room setup, receiving and set-up of catering order, and cleanup of event space.
  • Assisting Staff members with administrative tasks primarily surrounding data entry of requests and contracts into the procurement system
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of training or experience in customer service and office work
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
