Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local school in Raleigh who is looking for a Part Time Building/Grounds Maintenance Worker. This is a contract position working 7am-12pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will assist with light maintenance and landscaping
- Candidate will perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Candidates must have a clean criminal record
- Candidates must have general knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping
