Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join a small company in the Durham area.  This position will work 4 hrs/day Monday-Friday. Can be flexible with the hours.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up mail
• Open letters and packages: All of them even if they are addressed to any other employee name
• Keep file of the company’s documents; File per employee, IRA file, Health insurance, legal documents, agreements, etc.
• Maintain existence of office supplies
• Printer: Refill ink and Paper.
• Supervise Cleaning
• Supervise Lawn maintenance
• Administrate vendor contracts
• Supervise Alarm functioning
• Cash flow monthly
• Pay bills on time
• Enter credit card expenses (4 credit cards, 50 transactions)
• Bank conciliations (60 transactions per month, 1 bank)
• Book keep payroll (automatic file)
