Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Part Time (approx. 25 hours/week) Administrative Coordinator to join a growing accounting firm in Morrisville. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist development team with general administrative duties
  • Maintain communication with teams on events throughout the year
  • Oversee processing of event packets, registration lists, and attendance forms for events
  • Set up and prepare training rooms
  • Order office supplies and concessions as needed
  • Work with vendors as needed on catered office events
  • Flexibility to arrive as early as 7:30am

Requirements:

  • At least one year of administrative/coordination work experience
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS Office proficiency
