Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing company in the Durham, NC area to recruit for a 1st and 2nd shift Packaging Lead. These are contract opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will act as the team lead over the packaging department
- Candidate will assist with the training of new employees
- Candidate will fill in for the supervisor in their absence
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years manufacturing or distribution experience
- Must have previous leadership experience
- Previous kitting experience a plus!
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
