Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturing client of ours in the Raleigh area recruit for a Packaging Associate to join their team. This is a 1st shift, contract to hire opportunity working 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Associate will assist with packing product for shipping
- Associate will take measurement of shipment to determine accurate pallet or crate needed
- Associate will assist with building shipping crates using various hand and power tools
- Associate will be required to complete shipping documents
Requirements:
- 1+ year packaging or crating experience
- Must be comfortable using various hand and power tools as well as taking measurements using tape measures
- Previous shipping experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
