Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Order Support Specialist for a large distributor located in the Holly Springs area. This is a full time and direct hire opportunity available immediately.
- Provide highest quality service and timely support to customers and end users
- Work with multiple internal teams including finance, sales, and warehouse for order processing
- Handle all customer questions and find resolutions to issues
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze information and provide accurate troubleshooting of product and related support
- Understand and articulate appropriate product knowledge to customer for ordering needs
- Input all orders into Salesforce for order updates
- Process all replacement orders as needed
- Accurately document customer interaction details with limited errors
- Handle all returns and answer customer questions regarding products
- Assist sales team as needed for support needs
- Salesforce experience desirable
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or order processing space
- Strong software and typing skill set
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skill set
