Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Order Support Associate to join a large distribution company located in the Apex area. This person will work directly with the sales and distribution teams to ensure order fulfillment processes are being met. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate creation and submission of customer quotes and sales orders
  • Communicate with customers daily regarding order status
  • Enter orders into ERP system accurately
  • Record required sales order information through effective collaboration with customers
  • Manage both domestic and international shipping documentation and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Work with sales team regarding new product literature as needed
  • Maintain and update all customer portals
  • Act quickly if there are discrepancies or delays in order status

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an order entry, customer service, or sales support role
  • Background working in a B-B environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent data entry and 10-key skill set
  • ERP system experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
