
Customer Service Representative
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Customer Service Representative Monday – Friday from 12pm until 8 pm. This will be 3 days from hone and 2 days in office with a mandatory day on Wednesday. Our client is a national network of experts working with property owners and adjusters to major catastrophic weather events.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify information for entry into CRM platform
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Respond to information requests from clients over the phone and email
- Answer phones and respond to client requests
- Onboard new customers
Requirements:
- Must be proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly
- Team player, Organized , Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 12 pm until 8 pm
- Experience in insurance or horticulture would be preferred
