Accentuate Staffing is hiring Hybrid Customer Service Representatives for a growing national company that supports property owners and adjusters during catastrophic weather events. This role offers flexible scheduling, with two shift options available:

  • Wednesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We’re also open to part-time candidates.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least two in-office days per week, with Wednesday as a mandatory in-office day. We’re looking for professionals who can manage high call volumes and workloads while maintaining strong customer service and a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify information for entry into CRM platform
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Respond to information requests from clients over the phone and email
  • Answer phones and respond to client requests
  • Onboard new customers

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly
  • Team player, Organized , Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 12 pm until 8 pm
  • Experience in insurance or horticulture would be preferred
