Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Management Representative to join a growing organization in Raleigh, NC. This position will be onsite supporting customers and sales managers ensuring that all orders are processed timely and accurately. The Order Management Representative will also assist customers with shipment issue resolution, order updates, and sales related questions via phone and email. This is a temp to hire role with opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Order Entry – enter and review all PO’s into the system for processing
- Update pricing, ship dates, item numbers, and quantities as changes need to be made
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Work closely with Sales Managers out in the field providing them needed information
- Verify stock and delivery times and update deliveries as needed
- Assist customers in tracking and projecting production of their orders
- Issue invoices in a timely manner and co-ordinate payments with Accounts Receivables
- Provide the highest standard of customer service & ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ of customer service/order entry experience
- Previous manufacturing customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a multitude of teams and people in a friendly, professional manner
- SAP experience strongly preferred, MS Office skills and advance excel skills a must
- Willingness to take on new tasks as needed
