Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Medical Device Distributor in Raleigh who is seeking a customer service/order fulfillment representative to join their rapidly growing team. The Representative will be responsible for prompt and accurate processing of customer product orders from the initial order to delivery of the product to the customer, while resolving any issues that may arise during the process. The Representative will be the primary point of customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products, and scheduling, with the goal of always providing excellent customer care. The Representative will also work closely with the sales managers in the field regarding special pricing promotions, product availability, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Always maintains a courteous and professional attitude towards customers
- Process customer orders (phone, email, direct from sales reps/managers) and encode them in the system
- Follow up all shipping and deliveries, consolidate the information and communicate status of orders to sales managers in a timely and accurate manner
- Execute the billing process of sales orders
- Provide feedback to customers on status of orders
- Manage customer accounts and customer invoicing
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- A team player with a sense of urgency for completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A pleasant personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate skills)
- ERP Experience is a plus
