Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist for a client in the Cary, NC area.  The ideal candidate will be one with a top notch customer service and data entry skill set. Attention to detail and prior experience entering, updating and tracking orders is required – Call center experience does not translate into the requirements for this position. This is a temp to hire opportunity with full time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls from customers and clients regarding order status needs
  • Update ERP system with account information, billing, payments, and inventory requests
  • Assist clients over the phone and through email with questions regarding orders
  • Work with internal team members to verify inventory shipping dates
  • Key in information quickly and efficiently
  • Act in a courteous and upbeat manner at all times in a team environment

Requirements:

  • At least one year of order entry/customer service experience
  • Familiarity working with databases and spreadsheets
  • Background utilizing Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • ERP system experience a plus
