Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Order Entry Specialist for a large medical device company in the Morrisville area. This is a temp to hire opportunity. This person will play a be the key role in entering and processing orders, as well as monitoring and coordinating orders with internal team members.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a call center environment managing inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Assist customers and sales staff with order entry and maintain proper flow of orders
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, take and enter orders into the ERP system.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal team members, sales, and clients
- Follow up with shipping teams on status of orders and all returns
- Expedite and follow up on orders and keep customers informed.
- Understand and learn the technical aspects of the product and be a proactive team member in helping improve processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in order entry and customer service
- Proven communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- ERP systems experience preferable
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree desired
