Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a detailed Order Entry Specialist for a client in the Holly Springs NC area! Both Part Time and Full Time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast paced environment handling customer orders
- Receive purchase orders and ensure all information is correct
- Enter in orders to database
- Manage delivery dates and clarify updates to warehouse team for shipping purposes
- Update incorrect information and make sure team is aware of any issues
- Work as a team to complete special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of order entry and administrative experience
- Excellent data entry and 10 key experience required
- MS Office experience and CRM experience desired
- Highly organized and detailed
