Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Order Entry Representative for a large team in the Morrisville area. The ideal candidate will be one that enjoys supporting multiple departments, and is a strong critical thinker. This is a temp to permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage requests from customers via email and phone support
- Update SAP system with order entry, processing orders, and updating client accounts
- Assist sales team with inventory updates, orders, and shipping information
- Work with customers on discrepancies in ordering and all fulfillment needs
- Quickly resolve customer issues and requests
- Work with team members on large requests and maintain excellent communication throughout call center
- Run reports on client accounts weekly
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work within a call center, order entry, or customer service capacity
- SAP or ERP system preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skill set
