Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Order Entry Representative to join an international manufacturer in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate will be one with excellent customer service skills as well as precise and organized computer skill set. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
- Receive electronic and telephone sales orders and create quotes for new and existing customers
- Create sales orders for customers within ERP system
- Maintain a high level of order entry accuracy
- Work with distribution team to understand inventory updates and shipping needs
- Record sales order information by communicating with sales reps and also customers
- Manage domestic and international shipping documentation to ensure compliance with customer and shipping regulations
- Review and verify all customer requests and order information
- Follow up with customers as needed regarding shipping and order details
- Maintain customer portals for order receipt and acknowledgement
- Monitor and respond to any discrepancy quickly and efficiently
- 2-5 years of order entry, order support, and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with ERP system desirable
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent keyboard skill set
