Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Order Entry Operations Associate for a rapidly growing distributor in Cary, NC. Someone who is not afraid of multi-tasking, researching information, and helping out fellow team members is ideal for this role. This is a direct hire position to start as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests
- Manage quotes for clients and input all information into company database
- Process purchase orders and schedule UPS/FedEx for shipments
- Assist customers with repair needs, and coordinate return information
- Work within ERP system to prepare estimates for service, order parts, and assist with invoicing needs
- Work within a team to provide best in class service to all clients
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous customer support, order entry experience in a high volume environment
- SAP, ERP system experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skill set
- Team player
