Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Order Entry/Data Entry Associate to join a leading distribution company in Holly Springs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and sales staff with order entry and maintain proper flow of orders
  • Understand customer needs and enter orders into the ERP system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal team members, sales, and clients
  • Follow up with shipping teams on status of orders and all returns
  • Use best customer service practices to ensure all client communication is professional
  • Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure proper delivery time
  • Understand and learn the technical aspects of the product and be a proactive team member in helping improve processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in order entry and customer service
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • ERP systems experience preferable
  • MS Office knowledge required
  • Strong data entry skill set
