Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a wholesale distributor in the Holly Springs area. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for heavy data entry and customer account maintenance. This is a full-time position with hours from 8am-5pm M-F.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with order entry, order processing, and tracking orders into ERP system
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to track and update on order status
- Manage account updates in system
- Identify availability of products and work with warehouse and supply chain team on backorders
- Update billing information for accounting teams
- Assist customers with late, missing, or damaged products
- Key in orders efficiently and correctly
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of order entry or CSR work experience
- 10 key and excellent data entry skills required
- MS Office proficiency required; ERP system experience preferred
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
