Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Order Entry Coordinator to join an established lighting and flooring distributor located in Holly Springs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Invoices to Customers
  • Download Customer Purchase Orders from portals
  • Add new customer information into ERP System
  • Communicate order information with operations facility
  • Communicate sales information with the organization
  • Perform general clerical duties, including, but not limited to, database entry, emailing, mailing, filing, and answering telephones
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience processing purchase orders
