Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Support Coordinator to join an established commercial HVAC company in Raleigh. This position is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary, benefit, retirement and PTO package. The primary objective is to work in dispatch software to effectively maintain work schedules for service representatives and assure the customer commitments are met in a timely manner. The role is located within a professional office in Raleigh close to the PNC Arena.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination of Service Representatives with division office to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs to assure customer commitments are met
  • Answer inbound calls from Customers
  • Entering client data into required systems accurately.
  • Coordinating Service Representative availability.
  • Answer Inbound calls from Service Representatives and Generate Purchase Orders.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Computer literate and technology savvy.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Able to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes
  • Ability to multi-task, detail oriented and have an outgoing/positive attitude
