Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse, delivery, and branch operations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 15+ employees.
• Monitor employee performance and maintain accountability standards.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently.
• Support customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Manage fleet operations, vehicle readiness, and route efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Monitor operational costs and support profitability goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations management, branch management, warehouse leadership, or distribution management.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Experience managing customer service and operational performance.
• Ability to hold employees accountable and drive results.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with route delivery, fleet management, or service operations preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, or P&L management is a plus.
• Background in food & beverage, distribution, grocery, vending, or service-based operations preferred.
