Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading storage solutions company who is looking for an Operations Manager to manage product installations and warehouse operations. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday with some overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Manager will coordinate client installations with the install and warehouse teams
- Manager will work directly with purchasing to ensure all equipment and products are available for upcoming installations
- Manager will conduct weekly safety meetings
Requirements:
- Must have 5 + years of operations experience preferably in the construction supplier industry
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers and vendors on a daily basis
- Candidates must be safety focused, OSHA 10 and 30 certifications are a plus
- Candidates must have strong attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Must be to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
