Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a small, rapidly growing healthcare company in the Morrisville area. This is a direct hire role with competitive salary and benefit package.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for performing basic Bookkeeping duties to include A/P, A/R and invoicing and General Ledger in QuickBooks. The Office manager will also support the CEO with complex calendaring, coordinating travel and processing expenses.
Requirements:
5 plus years of office management experience or in a similar role
2 years of experience in accounting/AR/AP
Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred but not required
Experience working within a small growing company is preferred
Must be proficient with MS Office – preferably Office 365
QuickBooks exp is required
