Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Manager to join a growing construction group in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to hire opportunity with full time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as office manager to support company operations and multiple departmental needs
  • Handle accounting functions including payroll, AP & AR needs
  • Assist with HR needs – posting positions, screening potential candidates over the phone, handling onboarding for new hires, and keeping up to date employee records
  • Manage FMLA, 401K, and benefits for current staff
  • Support leadership team with scheduling, pulling reports, and planning staff meetings
  • Purchase and keep current of office supplies
  • Assist with year-end audits and maintain company documents
  • Manage administrative staff and oversee all administrative support needs

Requirements:

  • 4 years of work experience in an Office Manager/Bookkeeper capacity
  • Previous Construction experience preferred
  • MS Office experience
  • Background handling HR, accounting, and administrative functions for growing team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with multiple departments at once
