Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager to join a rapidly growing medical device company in the Morrisville area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate calendar for senior executive team members handling scheduling, invites, and coordination
- Order office supplies
- Coordinate travel to include flight, hotel, and car
- Assist HR team with interview set up, screening candidates, and managing HR review
- Supporting administrative team with answering phones, filing, scanning, and mailings
- Act as back up to receptionist when needed
- Work with vendors to ensure all office equipment is up to date and fixed in a timely manner
- Update memos and documentation needed for staff
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team by assisting with order entry and order updates
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of previous office management work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- Advanced skills with MS Office especially Excel
- Background working within an ERP system desired
