Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Office Manager for the corporate office of a growing retailer. The ideal candidate will be one that is adaptable, organized, and can manage confidential information. This is a temporary position lasting about 6 months with a possibility to go permanently.
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit bi-weekly payroll processing through Paychex
- Manage employee data in company database – entering in new employees, terminating, pay increases, etc.
- Update quarterly bonuses
- Handle recruiting for new staff members to include posting jobs, tracking applicants, phone screening potential employees, and setting up interviews with hiring managers
- Process new offer letters and handle new hire onboarding paperwork
- Update and schedule new hire orientations
- Communicate benefits to new employees and manage open enrollment needs
- Handle all employment verifications for staff
- Run and process reports for owner weekly
- Complete other administrative and operational projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of administrative, office management, or human resources experience
- Experience with Paychex preferred
- Strong organizational skill set
- Background utilizing MS Office and Google programs
- Excellent communication skills
