Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a well-established law firm in Raleigh. This role will oversee a variety of administrative and accounting duties, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate and maintain billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely client billing.
- Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for partner review.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, clients, and other external parties.
- Assist in organizing office events, employee onboarding, and various office activities.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar administrative position, ideally in a law firm or legal setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Solid understanding of billing, invoicing, and financial reporting practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with legal billing systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
