Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. This is an onsite role that will provide overall office support along with  administrative support to leadership and HR.  If you enjoy helping others and ensuring office operations are running smooth and effectively you are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests and vendors with oversight of sign-in/sign-out log
  • May answer phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate persons or department and provides basic company information
  • Organizes and plans work events such as company provided lunches, professional lunch meetings and employee holiday events
  • Checks, opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
  • Assists drivers with delivery/pick-up instructions upon arrival
  • Sets-up appointments for office repairs and maintenance, obtains quotes for potential jobs, and schedules water system tank refills and quarterly carpet cleaning services
  • Prepares business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook) and/or review of contracts, emails, etc. as needed
  • Day-to-Day (spontaneous) tasks/errands as they arise
  • Manages office/bathroom/breakroom supplies and overall cleanliness of areas
  • Assists the HR Consultant with necessary paperwork, reporting and/or internal/external communications, setting-up trainings and other varying duties upon request
  • Assists with special projects, as needed with approval from CEO

Requirements:

  • Professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Min 2+ years of experience as an office manager & experience supporting senior level staff
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task, customer service oriented
  • Confidentiality a MUST
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Open mind and desire to take on new responsibility and learn new things with a growing company
  • Proficient in MS Office
